rolling rRolling R’s (dot com) is a Spanish Video lesson. The videos (the free samples I’ve seen) have the instructor Larry speaking to the camera with the Spanish lesson text shown below. He uses vosotros so I think that means it’s more Spain Spanish and not so much Latin Spanish. The picture and video quality are very good and look professionally done. Each lesson lasts about six minutes and covers a few sentences in a particular topic.

The videos are mp4 format so you need Quicktime or iTunes. Rolling R’s are not listed on iTunes so you have to go the website to download each episode or use the members RSS feed when you join.

MembershipsThe memberships are $40 for six months, this gets you access to the members only website, more than 30 previous lessons to download, a new members only video lesson each month, plus downloadable content like workbooks. You have to renew every six months if you want, only if you want, there is no auto-renew.

There is more grammar and not as much vocabulary. This would be a good addition to another program that doesn’t go into very much grammar explanations. You can’t really do much in five or six minutes, but there are a lot of archives you can download.
